Floorcheck is a personal, non-commercial project. It is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any venue, event website, SoundCloud, artist, promoter, label or other third party.

Floorcheck reads an event page only when you press “Scan lineup” on a page you have opened yourself. It does not collect or publish event listings of its own.

Previews are played in SoundCloud’s own player. Floorcheck does not host, download or copy audio; every preview links back to the original recording on SoundCloud. SoundCloud content remains the property of its uploaders and rights holders. Floorcheck does not claim ownership of third-party audio, artwork, event information, names, logos or other third-party content.

Previews are intended only to give a rough impression of the music associated with an event. They do not represent or guarantee what will actually be played at the event. Event details (lineups, dates, tickets, prices, door policy) are on the event’s own page and may change at any time.

Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience. Floorcheck is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites or services.

If you believe Floorcheck infringes your rights or treats your content unfairly, please write to milkschorle@gmail.com.
